i've got a question

how do i appeal a 4-5 month old ban that is 11 months long after i've put in a ban appeal? it was probably deleted since i was really immature and hateful at the time, lots of screaming and yelling, lots of caps lock and general fury at life.

i think sajora was the one who banned me, for admin disrespect, and he definitely had every right to since i was really immature at the time and ive grown up now. its been about 5 months(nearly half the ban time, which was 11 months and 6 days). im extremely sorry and i miss your gungame server. sorry for the trouble i caused on your server, i'd like to set it right with another chance.

or ya can take it up with sio or pasties the owners of n/u

sio has been known to be forgiving if circumstances are right and ya prove that you have changed

* be warned if not the ban is reinstated normally with a longer term and no forgiving so make sure this is truely behind ya *

i pmed sajora awhile back (about 2 months, course i was still a little angered) so i'll try him again, although he never responded. i'll pm sio and pasties to then i suppose. thanks for your help. maybe if i get unbanned i'll see you on gungame

Yeah but all I did was say "ban me" about a million times because i got muted for trying to play the game and have fun in my own way. Sorry if that didn't co-incide with sajora's gameplay habits, but it's not really fair to mute somebody just because they like to use their mic. I didn't get a warning, I didn't get a reason to stop, all I got was a mute then a ban after I pissed off sajora. I didn't go over a line, sajora did, and this is kind of a biased opinion on both sides of the issue. There can be no neutral party here, because nobody on n/u liked me just because of the sole fact that i was fourteen with a new game and a new microphone and i wanted to talk on it.

i came on here because, not thinking straight, i was pretty sure that sajora spoke for all of n/u, but i was wrong. yes i accept the ban now because i was being a little bitch. yeah i caused a lot of trouble, yes i was being stupid, and yes, i would like to set it right by being allowed to join n/u gaming again. sorry if you dont like me or whatever smurf, everyone deserves a second chance to me unless they've committed a capital crime, none of which i did.

Im doing pretty good right now, no caps lock, no rage, just valid points with a little bias on my side because i really want to play gungame again. i miss weaver and the texture maps you guys have and of course the great gaming atmosphere you provided, which i happened to ruin apparently the whole time i was there. someone could've just said "Aux, can you please not talk on your microphone? if you do anything annoying again we will mute you"
that would've solved alot of problems, and nobody gave me that warning/chance.

I'll say unequivocally, "hells no". I do understand that this was some time ago and that people change and yadda yadda. I know you were immature and even if I doubt that 4 months is going to change that, it doesn't matter. Take this as a life lesson, you burn some bridges and you don't just cross back over...

By looking at your old post, it's a miracle that you weren't permabanned, maybe we will see you in another 6ish months when your ban runs out.

well i cant really say anything to that, that is what i said, and that is what i had meant at the time. but i really did not have a chance to say sorry at the time of the gagging, and i really was going to until i was banned. see this is why it makes me irate, is because all i wanted to do after the first few times i said "ban me ban me"
yes i realize that you must've thought i would keep saying ban me, but i was pretty pissed at the time, and yes i was going to apologize. if the junior owners think im not mature enough yet, or that i will do the same things, then leave me banned, i'll just prove myself in 6 months i suppose. id really like to be given a chance here though, noob unlimited has been my favorite gungame server so far, and frankly, i cant find a better one. trust me, i've tried everywhere.

i was asked to lay off the mic because all i wanted to do was play the game and make people laugh, and have a good time on the best gungame i'd ever played (it was the first gungame i'd ever played). i'd never been on an fps game before, i'd never had a mic, never been on css, never been on that kind of game. yes i was overexcited about having what i thought was the coolest game id ever played, and then i thought here are these people trying to make it bad for me. then i realized i was the one being obnoxious and annoying, and now that i've seen that id like to prove myself again but obviously you guys just dont like me, so i dont know how else to prove to you that i can be a regular guy on css with a love for gungame

To reiterate, Shit happens in the server, and people get heated. Those situations can usually get resolved offline, this is a different situation. You made some bad choices, and now you have to ride it out. I'm glad to see that you are apologetic but the stuff still happened. In 5 months or so you can come back and play.

Lets not make this thread into another discussion / argument about who said what, we know what happened, we were there for the last post, the GG Jr Owners have commented and the answer is no. Frankly, I don't care a bit about anything that you got banned for originally, the reason you won't get an unban, is the actions that you followed after the ban (coming on here and calling the owner of the server a cockmongrel).
