his account was hacked so i took it off of him tell i get the all clear form him that he got it back and its his again. thats all we need in the server is a hacker with an admin account

you know that you could had gotten it back without harm and if you had the recip or credit info or code bar, and gone to this web site https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2347-QDFN-4366
The people that work at steam would had got your account back in 2 to 3days tops and nothing would happen to it!
