Suppose to be unbanned

Hey Guys, I was banned on Monday for "hard flooding". My mouse wheel was messed up which caused it. I tried to protest the ban but it said I'm not banned. Steam still wont let me connect to the server and still says I'm banned. Can someone help me out?
