Do you hate cheaters? Have you ever thought that you needed to do something about the rising number of cheaters in leagues all around gaming? Well, if you answered these questions with a 'yes', XPL is interested in you. Currently, XPL is hiring Anti-Cheat staff for Counter-Strike 1.6, Counter-Strike: Source and Call of Duty 4 leagues. The following positions are currently open:

Anti-Cheat Staff
As Anti-Cheat Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing all Anti-Cheat staff for your division and overseeing the integrity of gameplay within your league. This means that you would have final decision in cheating related issues including disputes and suspensions. These responsibilities are simply general and may include further duties that have not been stated herein.
As Anti-Cheat Staff, your responsibilities will include handling cheating disputes in your division and preventing cheating from happening in any manner possible. Simply, you are the force to stop cheaters from entering, playing, and playing continuously in XPL's games. These responsibilities are simply general and may include further duties that have not been stated herein.
To be considered for either of these positions, we request that your experience be in the region of having at least one year of anti-cheat experience in a competitive league or organization devoted to anti-cheat protocols. Please be able to provide XPL staff with proof of this experience and be ready to shed light on your knowledge of both gameplay and anti-cheat measures in the game you are applying for.
