fuck that i say that we all follow the new rule no matter what and if vit is seriously not in agreement yet we just slap him into agreement

no seriously if he's on i guess we just let him bend the rules a little bit only for him and no one else we need a rule that everyone can follow not some that way if someone breaks it and whines about it we justifiable proof and they can't say that we are picking on therm or excluding them

That is very true kami, but unfortunately, it seems random and vit cannot come to agreement -_-
So we all must sit back and just use the rule of when vit is on, no prop stacking restrictions. And every other time, 2 inside , 3 outside
