I say yes. Cypher is pretty cool and easy going. Never had a problem with him in the server and he knows what he's doing. Only thing is I'd say Cypher just stay active in the forums. Seeing as this is your first post in forums and it's for admin, make sure you keep posting here so we know it wasn't for this reason alone.
