now adays its great to be bilingal(spelling who cares) but hey i slept in spanish class so i got my english to spanish dictionary if need be hahaha but dont get us wrong it would help in some cases

Disculpa que te lo diga amigo, pero no puedo enseñar ningún idioma, soy incapaz, lo he intentado antes.
Para aplicar a admin te recomendaría que consiguieras una cuenta de PayPal, mucha experiencia en el servidor, te hicieras amigo de uno o dos administradores (o por lo menos, jugadores que llevan muuuchooo tiempo jugando) y un trabajo que te diera unos 10 dólares mensuales.
Y creo que perteneciendo a otro clan no puede ser administrador.
Y en resumen, siento decirte que por el momento veo bastante dificil que lo seas :\
