TbH the best policy would be for admins to enforce a no talking unless you're over 15 policy. That way the stupid kids would be forced to stfu and that way older players who can actually donate, are more mature, and learn how to play faster would stay on the server and then maybe we could get some real admins.

1. Mute power <--agreed
2. Kick power <-- agreed
3. VIP mandatory <--sure..

And admins have everything of the above + the more responsible commands

4. Nat you should make distance chat? See how you made typing local? So should mic. No joke. This way small kids can blabber w/e they want without anyone hearing them and adults dont have to yammer bullshit when i try to tell them to stop calling me the "n" word
