Mop sauce
1 cup Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 apple juice
3 cloves crushed garlic
2 bay leaves
Prepare mop sauce a refridgerate over night
BBQ Rub
1/4 cup paprika
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. dark brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
Mix all ingred well
BBQ Sauce
14 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup favorite whisky
2 Tbsp Brown sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 cloves crushed garlic
4 Tbsp diced onion
1 Tbsp wocestershire Sauce
1 tsp Cayene pepper
5 Tbsp molasses
5 Tbsp Hoisin
Favorite Hot sauce to taste
Your favorite Hot sauce to taste.
Add olive oil to sauce pan, add onion, and garlic cook until onion is translucent.
Add the rest of the ingred to sauce pan and simmer until it thickens (30 -40 Min)
Put rub on ribs leave over night, while cooking ribs sprinkle on mop sauce every 20 or 30 min after the first 40 min of cooking.
