Just got told in office that decoy sprays weren't allowed by Mindhunter so I'd not use it if he's on. Other admins don't seem to have a problem with them though. I looked at the server rules to see if they were on the list but didn't see them listed. So no idea if they are allowed or not seems to just depend on the admins on at the time.
