twi is absolutly correct...there is will be no banning of anyone (because they sounds weird/strange/young/gay/black) for any reason. IF someone is spamming the mic, than by all means mute them. I dont want to see anything other than what has been said here. And as far as organ goes, I have seen you mic spam and then approach others with disrespect for doing the samething. I am sure twi is not harping on you to harp on you, he is just making sure you realize what you did.
