Educate me on "Cafe' Accounts" please!!
While I've been aware of the infamous "cafe accounts" for sometime, I have to be honest that I don't understand them. I think it's easy to understand how one could give you multiple addresses, but how do they get so many STEAM IDs? Isn't each steam ID tied to a purchaced CSS game? What gives?
