dot i need some changes made so they can be used in game

it has to be viewable at the power of 2

if you go into dust2 right now youll see what i mean

power of 2 = width and height must be either 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048 or 4096
