It was set to 3 seconds. I bumped it down to 1 sec.
I personally hate spawn protection altogether, but with a fixed spawn map it's really necessary.

maybe you could put the ct's spawn points in the lower building or somewhere more outta site O_o

We still have the No AWP/ No auto server that has random spawn and no protection
But theres no awps!
