For future reference house:
1. If you look down a little before you post-box, you'll see a section that says "Upload your images to ImageShack" , click the choose file, find the pic choose it, then press host it!
2. ImageShack.us should pop up, click "View full size"
3. Copy the link in your browser.
4. Back here on the forums post it like so:
[IMG]LINK GOES HERE[/IMG]
Ex.Will produce:HTML Code:[IMG]http://img708.imageshack.us/img708/6289/autumnleavesa.jpg[/IMG]
