Ive also gone through at least 4-5 Live Chats with EA support and they all give me the same crap. latest one was "well your dxdiag doesnt show and video cards so you will need to contact your computer manufacturer." I custom built the freakn thing! if you didnt read the computer specs.... RAWR!

Using ATI?
The neon bullshit is a graphical error.
Its a memory fualt loading into the GFX card.
launch it, go to task manager, kill it, reluanch, good to go.

Also, Verify Game Cache integrity.

YOu might have the old version of engineloader 0X9, which loads the graphical content in your system.

Win7 is really bad with this for some reason.

Yes, its all low quality.
I want you to play a map, and see if it crashes.
Yes its DX9.
For no anyway =D

If it doesnt crash, increase the detail tab one at a time, until you get to HIGH for each one. Play a single map after each change.

Once it start crashing, note the results and post it back..

Oh and update all your current drivers.
NVIDIA and ATI bopther released updates that help with BFBC2.

The ati one resolves memorycall 0x499D in BFBC2.
Thats the internal code, and its relaly an issue since the newer ATI cards use gddr5.
