are we talking about Ep0x. or Efx.... cause as long as i've been owning that server up, I have never seen someone called EPX.... also house why don't you just ban him, and then tell pasties/scuba/sio/ender/ or Jackd. That'd be a simple solution as they could just quickly unban him if they feel the ban is unjust.
