If all you want is to be able to create one and apply it, this should help:
FPSBANANA > Tutorials > CS:S > Sprites & GUIs > High Res Menu Backgrounds
EDIT: If you need it widescreen just change the dimensions...i think... lol[COLOR="RoyalBlue"][B]N/U Retiree[/B]
