A forum sig, yes. It is very open ended but I tend to like minimalist signatures, sleek in nature.

Don't do phrases or anything, the lettering is too big and I am not feeling the slant. I like the color scheme though (maybe add some deep blue) and the use of "|W0rd|". Keep at it though, I like the initiative.

After seeing those, it gave me ideas of what I want more specifically. I'd like the logo in the center, not taking up the whole sig, maybe making the font simple but shiny (like plastic or steel shiny), very subtle offsets of blue or red, and a thicker font. Keep it up!
edit: the new NU logo on the website looks tight, maybe a dash of creativity like that could spice up the word sig
