first off hes asking for GG admin not in anyone of your servers so its not up to you all
second of all do you meet what admins have to have
and third dont lesson to them its up to me and ice
when you get them the all the stuff i will look again

Sniperkiller's a long time NU reg and was on the -w0rd CAL team if (if i remember correctly).
Sniper the list organ is referring to is this one. But i'm sure you meet all of the requirements.
