7: must be able to learn things as explained to him/her the first time. fast learner, i don't think i've worked with your servers' version of admin, but I have used mani admin in the past for other communities that unfortunately no longer exist
8: must have the willingness to do his job in game rather than ignore the players and continue playing. : I'll take care of business when something comes up, mic spammers, etc. if something bothers me, chances are it bothers others too
9: should be seen helping enforcing the rules. : always getting on people for not doing the objective

11: must have the Ventrillo client and know how to connect and participate in our Ventrillo server. Yep
12: references from admins you play with a plus but not mandatory. Mongo baby
