5.Has played on the server for at least 3 months? Yes this was my first css server and i have been playing on this server for almost 4 years.

12.Refrences from admins you play with? Most of the admins,junior owners,and owners of N/U(to many to name)
13.Not have admin on any other server, or own another pub server? No im not an admin on another server or am i a server owner
