Word recruitment problems!!!!!!

i'm not trying to tell people how to do thier jobs or anything like that.

i just want to know how many people for word do the recruiting, cause the recruiting is

very slow i know this cause i owned alot of server's.

thier should be a application forum that lets people see who wants to join and post

on what they think. what i am saying is that it should be open to the community, cause it takes alot of

stress off of the recruiting officer's and it makes it alot easier for them to decide ,but thats just my

opinion. what i am really saying is that it's hard for one person or even two people to recruit but again

this isn't my clan an all i'm trying to do is give alittle to the community that i like.

Actually, i kind of like that idea. Obviously it is not up to me but i think letting anyone who wants to view apps to join word should be able to. Or maybe not so much SHOULD be able to but i think it would be good if they could.
Just my opinion.

The N/U group is the public group offered. word is on app/invite only.
Type !tagme in game to use the public N/U tag

- How does one apply to join w0rd?
- Who accepts or denies applications?
- What is the command structure of the clan?

there is no structure to the w0rd team as mallers was the managing administrator of it. when mallerz opted out noone took his place which left pasties in charge. simple as that really.

i'm not saying that word is just fill out an app and your in. what i am saying is that

the recruiting officer's can view the app's and look it over and also get other n/u member's

suggestion's on how the person is in the game an how he plays, it's just to help out the R/O's.

and it also lets the R/O's know how people feel about them, cause think about it who wants someone in

a clan that isn't liked by other people. well i'm just trying to help out N/U and Word cause i been around

for a long time i just pretty much mind my own buisness most of the time and play the game.

so like i said just giving a suggestion to the word and N/U community

ahaha i filled out an app for word 3 weeks ago and never heard any thing on it so i started scrimming alot so i can show off my skill and get in that way lol
