Dude this isn't DDR. You don't use your feet. This is StepMania where you can download and play whatever song you want. You can either use a keyboard OR you can hook up dance pads to it, but that's just damn suicide. After a year's worth of practice in my AP computer science class Senior year of high school, and the summer after, that's how I was able to keep up with the fast shit haha. Funny thing is that it's easier to play it on faster speeds than slower ones.
