New PC my laptop went kaput

NVIDIA GeForce PC Barebone Kit - MSI G31TM-P21 Mobo, Intel E5300 CPU, GlacialTech CPU Cooler, Corsair 2GB DDR2 RAM, XFX GeForce 9800GT, LG 22x DVDRW, Seagate 250GB HD, CM Nvidia Case, Ultra 500W PSU at TigerDirect.com

    +2gb RAM
    + Monitor

It seems like a great deal, amazing cooler, amazing power supply, great gpu was looking at a gateway phenom x2 but it was 699 and only had 300W power. Anyway what do you all think

It has good parts and I say it needs a slightly more powerful PSU because that graphics card will absorb the watts. And all the other parts will drain it and probably fry it. But it's a nice PC

Im not going to overclock and its rated at 350W so Im not sure but it comes with a lifetime guarantee that if it goes bad i get a new one free

Also it's not about the watts necessarily it's about the rail amps.
