(keep in mind the prize amounts are determined by how many people sign up)

if the answer is yes/no state your reasons why here so i can get an idea if i should spend the time doing it

this would be based off of your rank at the end of the 3 hour period

no syp this would be a new dedicated server with mani stats with the map voted on before the tourney by the ones that put in the money already. the server will have a password and only those that have payed thier fees would be able to get in it for the 3 hours that it is up.


im open to suggestions as this would help the community

I'd be willing to join, but my main concern is cheating. League play's biggest issue is cheating when there's money involved. I'm not gonna mention any names, as that's been dropped. But what kind of precautions could be taken to prevent that? CAL has acs, Cevo has CMN. But for 10 bucks I guess who really cares?

Only other concern would be the 3 hour straight span of playing, I'd presume this would be on a weekend when people have a bit more free time?

Also, you mentioned on a voting system on the maps, what kind of maps could be in the rotation? Or just have so much time dedicated on each different map? I know you guys host like d2, and office. But there's soo many other good maps out there. I'd love to play a bit on most cal/cevo rotations as those are typically the best maps.

How many of you out there have even played on maps like the following:

This sounds awesome. The server would have a voting system like ESEA. Once you guys get a certain amount of people to pay you each give them the password to the server were they all vote for the map/settings just like in ESEA.(Not sure if your familiar with ESEA) This would be a great idea if N/U gets this going. Also have about 3 admins in spec just speccing everyone to see if their legit or not and make sure everything runs smooth.
