hey I think if it was to the point you felt like ya needed to quit...then you probably did need to leave, ya never know what other opportunities are out there until you have to go and look...hell man i just got enrolled into college at the age of 40..gonna get my 2 years associates degree in wan- technology through cisco academy..I start in the fall at Tyler Jr. College....never to late to make a change especially if its for the better.
