    Why cant i play!?

    I keep being kicked by steam everytime i play in any servers... it keeps kicking me out within a minute or two when im in the game. wtf. Does anyone know why this is happeneing? my internet connection is fine... i dont know how to fix this.... ITS SOOO ANNOYING! I never had this problem ever since i recently restored my computer.

    If you guys have any clueee please HELPPPP meee thanks!

      If you runing xfire, close Xfire, start STEAM, then relaunch Xfire.

      For general repair, close steam, delete clientregistry.blob to force a general file and user refresh.
      Doing so fixes many problems, including, networking (depending on the issue)

          Usually just restarting steam works for me when I get that.

          It usually only happens after updates though...odd.

              what khaotik said. An easier way to do it would be going to your steam panel and steam>change user>logout. That forces steam to refresh your clientregistry.blob, and is usually how i fix shit when i get that "ticket expired" shit and what not.

                      It only kicks me off on the N/U Regular Office Server. When that happens i usually try to rejoin. If it still kicks me then I just re-start steam and it should work fine.

                                  Logging out doesn't delete cleintregistry.blob, it just overwrites it.
                                  Deleting clientregistry actually forces STEAM to do a quick system integrity check.

                                      Yea, i know it doesn't delete it. Logging out is usually the first step i give people, specially those who aren't as tech savy. It's a lot easier to tell them how to log out them have them navigate all through their steam directory. =P
