My fucking Acer monitor broke like 2 weeks ago. They suck dick so they make you pay for shipping charges too, I sent that shit in. They say you can send it in the original box, I'm like fine its all good I don't really need it. I send that shit in the box is really small and its only 9 pounds. cost me like 12 bucks.

I just got it back today, and they fucking put in some different model main board or something cause I had an x193w and the monitor frame says x193w but when I load the shit up and go to change resolution it says its a fucking AL1951 shitty board that only goes up to 1280 x 1200 res while my other one was 1440 x 900. I call them up there like blah blah, You will have to send it back in. I'm like let me guess under my cost right, there like yes... This time though they sent the thing in an even bigger box, and the shit weighs 16 pounds, so now the shipping is going to cost even more than last time when it was broken... Shit pisses me off!!! God damn stupid bitches!!!

They call me back and are like sir you said we sent you back a different monitor and we received yours and it has the same serial number as before. I'm like yeah because you sent me back the same monitor frame and put in a shitty ass board.

Shes like blah blah blah I'll send an email to the repair center and blah blah this, We did send you back the same monitor with the same serial number blah blah this. I'm like LOOK HERE BITCH!!!! ( minus the bitch part ) you sent me back the same frame thats all. Shes like well you can go on our site and blah blah this, I'm like your site has been fucked up for like 2 weeks, cause it has... Im fucking mad YO. Shes like I'll see what I can do.... which means fucking nothing....

This support is fucking worse than Dell I think. I didn't even know that was possible. Nobody knows shit over there.
