    HLStatS now shows bans

    i have added the current perm bans to hlstats as seen below

    n00unlimited HLStatsX - N/U [ 24/7 Office ] 66TIC [Stats] - Cheaters & Banned Players

    the user is removed from the rankings.

          it auto updates every hour, adding and removing bans as they are listed on the N/U ban website
