Server improvments/ issues

correct me if i'm wrong but lag has to do with how many ppl are using that isp in that area at that time and the mps of your connection i.e the more people on one isp at one time or the number of people using the same network at the same time say before 8 am and after 5 pm are peak times in most areas and your setup as far as your processor , ram hard drive and what and how many ghost programs are running in the background i.e whenever my avg antivirrus kicks on in the morning to do it scans my rates and lag go up to 300 + at times so i have to ether wait for it to finish or disable it and also anything like mp3 players and downloads will cause it to shoot up ( like my gay midget porn downloads LOL ) so therefore i say make sure all your hardware is up to date and fully functional with latest drivers and shit, make sure you don't have any major ghost programs running in the background that are eating up all your ram and cpu and no other programs are running either on your desktop other than what u need and defrag your hard drives and comp every few months and oh ya clean out all those damn dust bunny's floating around in your fans and case every few months and after that it's outta your hands pretty much

I dont have internet things running when Im playing any online game. If I start lagging is 'coz family.
In ZM, it would be cool if newer and cooler maps were added, and some maps like desolo were removed. There is a big bunch of bad maps that are played one after one, like 7 or 8. If it possible replace the old base day for the new snowy one, and remove moonlight from the first pos in rotation. New maps like the institute spoon we played are rarely added to map rotation list or rtv list, or votemap list.
Fix the shit maps, remove the really shit ones, dont overplay ze maps and gimme VIP and Ill be happy .
PS: Kamikaze, sorry for fucking your head with my dualies, lol.
PSS:I used to have VIP but it got removed. I tried to donate but the credit card did not worked with PayPal.

the gun game server is at the latest release of the source engine that drives the server and does automatically set peoples rates but you guys are not taking into affect the lack of proper connections on the client side to be able to handle a 100 tic server, also if ( as said above) joe blo comes into the server with a crappy pc and even shitier internet connection then of course the server can only do what it can to fix the issue.

Ive always felt your pain man..ive been tryin to tell mother fu&%s this shit for ever but noooooo they all know better LMAO..and think its the server..wtfe..anyways what Dj says is right if you just set the rates at..cmd_rate 101 cl_updaterate 101 and rate at 30000 you should never have a problem in any of our servers...end of story..thats it take the time to set the shit right and it will all be good.

So i don't know if this has been mentioned, or if it has if it's been fixed.

For the past month or two, I would go in to GunGame randomly and I would play for awhile, but Random times I would spawn and have just a knife and no Level what so ever. I get a kill, but nothing. The box that pops up will say "Level _ of 24" So i have no level.

Again not sure if it has been looked into or fixed just saying. I also posted this issue in a thread OutlawJEW made in the GunGame section.

something kinda similar to this happened to me a couple of times. in the gg server, you'd always spawn with the weapons you had last round, whether you got a kill or not. also, bots always seem to spawn with no weapons what so ever.

Spawning with the previous gun only happens when there's 2+ bots in game. Even though all you gotta do is throw it down and pick up your correct gun in front of you...it's still a pain in the ass i agree. As for the bots spawning without weapons...i have no clue.I know they spawn and use nothing but their knives alot, but hey, They're fucking bots.

i would like to see new skins for admins and vip member's on office. i also would like you to make it so you can only buy one nade cause we have alot of guys that throw nades out the window and run back an rebuy them .maybe you can just drop the buytime down
i seen everyone was talking about the reg again but infact we should be talking about what needs to been done to the server's.sios explained this 1,000 times to us about the reg so leave it at that.i also would like to see a rank reset on the office server.the only other thing i have is that camping we should try and do aomething about that maybe we can come up with a solution that if a ct is still in garage at 1:30 he will be slayed with an admin doing it, and when some one is afk is sends them to spec after one round eve admins cause some higher admin come in and they just sit in spawn and lower admin's can't slay them or force them to spec or kick,and is thier a way to make it so if someone does a gay spray that it just won't show it? thats all i can think of for now thanks
