I ran outta time with this cuz my wife is bugging the shit outta me to come to bed. By all means, I'm not done with this, but here is a peak. What do you guys think?

I ran outta time on the TXT. That's why I said, it's not even close to being done. I have to put your rules into there. The first reaction to seeing it is what I want. I want people to feel, "wow, that looks awesome".

I started from the PSD file for NS's.

I'll be changing the fonts out and just leaving rules, picture of a chick, and your logo over the top.

Yes, we will be taking ideas that make NS successful and apply them here.

Find a word that fills in the blank, "(Blank) gaming..."

We use in our introduction, "Welcome to a n00bsalad premium counter strike server." If you have a good product, tell them you have a good product. If you don't show yourself as being good, no one will take you seriously.

Sample words.

"N00bunlimited is deluxe gaming."
"N00bunlimited is elite gaming."
"N00bunlimited is premium gaming."

I'll explain marketing 101 during our meeting this weekend. I'll explain why this place has low retention rates and EGO is beating you out in TX. I'll explain why you're not truly 24/7 and how we're going to make you 24/7. I have three servers under my belt that are filled 24/7 with someone. I'm going to explain why they are and how we need to be there. It'll be good stuff. You'll enjoy it.

Critique this first MOTD. I want it to be something you're all proud of. If we need to change fonts, let's change them. If we need to change colors, let's change. It needs to look like an advertisement. It needs to impress people and think about your audience, 14-30 year olds make up most CSS communities. Most of them are men or boys. What colors do guys like? What don't you like? I have this down to a science and I've proven it. Let's float ideas around and finalize this MOTD together
