    Mini Games server is back!

    As requested by a few and admins and regs who claim they can't live without it, I have begged Sio for you to get the Mini Games server back online.

    Please don't let this server sit empty!

    Please post any issues, map change suggestions, or any suggestions to keep this server up and running.

      I was trying out MG, but apparently it won't change maps. It freezes on "Server changing level" and when i leave it, and rejoin it's stuck on the same map :/

      Jackd tried to restart it, but then it was just stuck on Piratewars.

      Just thought i would point this out.

          map change problem resolved. it had duplicate entries in the whitelist for the server and would not do anything but crash on map change.

          enjoy and report any other issues so they can be resolved

                          Well, there used to be players in there all the time, when the server was taken down, we lost those players.

                          And the new players are complaining about the physics of the server...so its not a yay yet.

                          I've been doing what i can to get players in game, but it seems the physics are kind of screwing us over :/

                              well, i'll see what i can do to help populate it when i'm on. do the maps still take a while to download? i know that was a problem earlier.

                                                  Don't worry about the server not getting as much population for now (We've had a max of about 18 i believe). I think that if we get in game this weekend we should get and hook some players.

                                                  Mini-Games is targeted towards the younger crowd (That's what the server brings in for the most part) so some are not "allowed" to play during the week, or at later times. Some are at school. So I think with a free weekend we will get more players searching for a mini-game server to play in. If we get a few admins and regs in there to help it should be fine.

                                                  Ender and I are trying to diagnose the physics problem, tried reducing pushscale and airaccelerate, but were still unsuccessful, so until we can fix it, try to stay away from the maps that deal with physics (bigballs, dodgeball, etc.)

                                                  Also, i have a few map change suggestions (When i'm able to go through all of the maps.)

                                                  Let's do this!

                                                      i'm hanging out with my girlfriend at her college this weekend, so i can't play this weekend. but i'm definitely down for trying to help populate it throughout the week and next weekend as well.
