Okay, so Rally Race ought to have VIP features like the other servers. But since it operates differently, basically none of the VIP features those servers have would be worthwhile here. But I do have some ideas...
- VIP Menu
Okay so for this I would make a VIP menu (you would type something like !racervip or sm_racervip into console) and a menu would come up with VIP features. You'd choose a VIP feature and select it or whatever. That would be the interface for this server.
- Car Skins
In the afore-mentioned menu there will be an option to select your car's skin. Right now the only car that is skinnable is the truck, but any other custom vehicles I add to the server will also have skins. You would then choose your skin. For example the truck has White, Black, Dark Red, Light Blue, Tan, Light Green (Default), Olive, and Dark Green colour options. If I get around to adding the Mustang and some racetracks where it would outperform the other vehicles then it will also have this menu, but it comes with 16 colour options. For the truck this is hard to see since you can't really see the hood all that well, but if you were in the Mustang you would know what colour it was for sure.
- Car Selection
I really don't know how to do this one, but I got some ideas. If my idea works without crashing the server, then what it would be is while you are in your car you could switch it to another car, so like on Spliter Crasher which is a truck map you might be able to get the buggy. I wouldn't really recommend this though because the buggy is too slow for that map, but maybe the Mustang would have an advantage there. You get the idea.
- Turbo Mode
Maybe I could make the cars VIP players get be a bit better than the defaults? I'm not sure about this though because I don't want to make it unfair for regular players.
Does anyone else have ideas as to what they would like to see in terms of VIP features on this server?
