i got scammed

I was selling ee • capsfan an awp and he told me to show him the awp so i pulled it out really fast and i got sniper by «ШarpSpeeл iCrazy". Him and Capsfan were working together and after i died capsfan picked up the awp and gave it to crazy. Here is crazys steam ID STEAM_0:1:16310179. This is capsfan's ID STEAM_0:0:23515986. Please bring these two people that are ruining the fun roleplay server down! Possibly a temperary ban.

Scamming should not be illegal at all, if you're dumb enough to fall for someone who scammed you then it's your fault. This shit happens all the time in real life, and i don't see people getting banned for it IRL...

im just tired of these people scamming that cant play the game and just get the money/awp their self and have to scam someone i think it should be illegal because its gay if you play for a few days and get money then you lose it from a guy that just joins then scams someone then leaves i mean its bull crap

Depending on what team they are on,thats freekilling though which IS illegal which deserves at least some sort of punishment since they both know thats wrong

Scamming is not illegal, its crummy, its dirty, but this is roleplaying real life in CS, so scamming happens...but like MURDER, freekilling is illegal

I can clearly see how scamming makes people pissed off, that's no secret, but then again RL isn't all rosy either. If someone leaves the game for it then they're just a raeg quitter IMO. But I guess now everyone knows to not trust crazy or capsfan, which is something that they will have to learn to deal with.

Suggestions to not get scammed:
- Check here regularly to see who is a scammer
- Try to buy from people you trust or who do a lot of legitimate business
- When you sell something be alert -- if they have a gun out don't trust them
- When you buy something make sure the seller actually has it
- When you sell something take the buyer somewhere secluded
- If possible have the sale monitored by a police officer

- Have a cop or friend (gangmember) monitor the sale.

Im all for the gangs and the crimes so i loving seeing scams and whatnot go down in the city. The only legit way i would say to deal with it is for cops to enforce it, not get booted by an admin, etc.

well.... although I have to agree with Nat and Dot here..... I also agree with sean with the longer ban :P what very little I have been in the server I have seen this guy twice and he likes to bend the rules as much as possible. went in a few days ago and said something to him about freekilling cause all I saw was 4 or 5 names just roll across the top right corner, then another couple. when I said something he came back with a smartass comment about how its a government building he could kill anyone he wanted for coming in. which I know there is a rule about NOT tresspassing on government property, but personally I think some are using that as a reason to just kill and not give warnings or anything. but I just let it go and went and stood OUTSIDE the gate to the parking lot and he started knifing me outside the gate.... SO lol in self defense I shot a cop! lol then he came back and arrested me. guess it was mainly his attitude that pissed me off. guys been a real fucking dick IMO

I'm going to beef up the security facilities for the govt. parking lot by adding a moving gate for the lot and the garage, both of which can be operated from the security booth or inside, but not from the outside w/o lockpicks. Additionally, there will be a security desk in the lobby of City Hall. Visitors will have to stop by that before getting inside. That way the boundaries are more clear, so cops guarding City Hall know when they can kill or not kill. Also, I will probably put windows by the entrance so that jerks can't just hide in the corner to knife whoever comes out. City Hall might get some landscaping behind it as well. This would make it look nicer, but would also discourage sniper assassinations from people camped out behind the building.

I'm going to beef up the security facilities for the govt. parking lot by adding a moving gate for the lot and the garage, both of which can be operated from the security booth or inside, but not from the outside w/o lockpicks. Additionally, there will be a security desk in the lobby of City Hall. Visitors will have to stop by that before getting inside. That way the boundaries are more clear, so cops guarding City Hall know when they can kill or not kill. Also, I will probably put windows by the entrance so that jerks can't just hide in the corner to knife whoever comes out. City Hall might get some landscaping behind it as well. This would make it look nicer, but would also discourage sniper assassinations from people camped out behind the building.

Y'all don't see this yet but I have completed construction of a new security gate house in the parking lot. It has a control panel which operates a new fence gate that can close or open the lot to cars and people. There is now a big desk when you walk inside City Hall, so cops can stand behind it and say that no one is allowed beyond the desk without an appointment or whatever. Then I put lighting in the area to the left where the elevator doors are. That area to the right (when you first enter City Hall) that's blocked off with concrete... It has now been opened up to a small foyer identical to the one on the other side (minus elevator) which leads to a whole new Judicial wing of the building. There is a big courtroom, an office for the judge, a hallway leading behind the courtroom, and a lounge for the judge and any courtroom staff. I will need a judge player model. If I get that we can have both a Judge and a Mayor of the city. The Judge will be allowed to hand out arrest warrants just like the Mayor. But yea, find me a model of a judge. A lawyer type model might also be good.
