Updated Rules For ZM!

I think we should at least get updated english/spanish rules in the motd. It seems that the motd already is outdated with a few of the rules that have been changed or not even added.

Also, from an admin standpoint, are we able to fix the automated rule message that we can prompt for the players? At least make a ZM specific one?

ive noticed that zombie suicide is missing on the list. human suicide to prevent being zombiefied is also missing.

ok heres a few things ive noticed, first the in game motd needs to be updated (shows old rules for office) second im slightly confused on the team killing. From what I understand team killing consists of killing teammates with the flak cannon, helicopter,!zspawn glitch, but im confused about people teamkilling/sacraficing other players with props. On certain map (ex. spacestations) you can go into spectate and drop a filling cabinet on a player trying to survive and the prop will kill them. I have also noticed players sticking props on other players so they cant go anywhere (mostly vending machines or lots of filling cabinets in small spaces). If nat or sajora would please clarify this it would be most appreciated.
