PieMan Banned by word sean. !Problem!

Hey guy's, sorry to make a little thread like this but it seem's needed. This morning i was banned by word sean and i do beleave it was a "bad" ban..

Story: This morning the server crashed and I rejoined to notice word sean was already in there, we've had conflicts in the past also, i know he dosen't like it me, it's obvious. I kept my mouth shut and play'd the game. It was zm_moonlight and i went into the secreat room with the double vents and the chair. I put the chair in the first straight part of the vent so that the zombies could still get it out. Two secones later or so i get kicked "proping the vent." I come back and say "Ive seen many other people do it and not be kicked, it wont happen again." and he responds to me (Not Sure why the attitude..) "Get good" then "Learn the rules." Pisssed and absolutly outraged (lol) i say "Get good guys! cause grammar dosen't matter!." So i got muted lol... Next round start's and i went into another secreat and typed "Dont forget guy's, Get good" And Then not more then 2 seconeds later I get banned for 12 hours.

I have alot of admin experiance in JB, ZM, ZE servers and ive never seen such a up tight admin be put on staff. Your job here is to work with the players to ensure there gaming experiance with N/U is nothing but the best! But when you have unsettled disputes againsts players and punish them for little things like this then that's just not right man. I never called you a "fucking retarded admin" or "WTFADMIN?!?!DOUCHE." I relised what i did, i said it wouldn't happen again and i shut my mouth.

As an active player on N/U, i beleave im intitled to report this Non-sence. I could be completly wrong and sean could be right but I just don't beleave that is the case today.

Ban has no demo, it's for 12 hours, and there was not even 1 curse word exchanged to one another. Ill let the people of N/U decide this for them selves.


What I would like to see is my ban lifted, and for sean to be taught on what to look out for in the "admin disrespect" catagorey because in my honest opinion, he has no idea.

I'll let the case stand for it self, thank's for your time guy's.

lol, dude you break so many rules that I let pass. I was fed up with all your talk shitting towards me, I finally decided to ban you. If you don't want to be banned, than follow the rules.

He's always calling me a bad admin, telling me that I don't know what I'm doing, mimiking what I say instead of just following the rules.

I don't know how to prove it, but i never call you a bad admin, and I never tell you that you don't know how to do your job. That's non of my fucking business how you do your job. Im not another little 13 year old that logs into you'r server. I have a HUGE respect for all admins, on every server. Without them this server wouldn't be up in the first place. How dare you tell me I disrespect you by telling you, you don't know how to do you'r job. Also I would like to include, not sure if people know me well enough but ive been around for awhile(CSS) I know what get's people banned and what dosen't.

Why Would i do something that I know would get me banned if that's the only server i play? You can talk to sacuba/firefighter/ many others to, this is the only server i play, im always on here. That would make no sence to dig my self a deaper whole and disrespect you to inresult I get banned.
PS: and it's the last day of my break! lol

Im not an ass whole to admins man, I would hold off a zombie, take a bullet, you name it! and i would do it.. Admin's keep my favorite server up = I <3 Admins

edit: And i noticed you said "mimicking" So your agree'ing you said "get good" over admin chat? That's preety unmature man specially for a admin who should be role modeling how to play on the server.

Well sorry if i mimicked you, but I have seen that spot used before with that chair as long as it's in the first part of the vent so it's still possible to get out by the zombies, that was my bad and it won't happen again. I just beleave differen't actions should of been proceed with, but like ive said in the past how you do you'r job is non of my business.

well im gonna remove this ban since there dont seem to be a real reason for this one.

@ pieman: proping vents is illegal. no matter if zombies can get the chair, cabinet etc out. and shooting in vents is illegal too. just to throw that out in the room.

@ sean: if you see him breaking the rules tell him not to do it and if hes not listening kick/ban. you know how this works just dont let him get away with everything and then ban him for everything he has done before.
