Your servers need to look good and we're doing that. Soon, we'll have a 2nd meeting planned, where the admins will have some fresh training.
The Server dev team we're putting together is slow and I'm bringing in some ringers from the NS side to kick-start it. It'll take some time. Next big graphics event will be this forum getting redone. Trust me, you guys will circle jerk on it when it's done. I will invest the best I have into you folks before I'm done and hand it back over.
