SYSTEM
* Now CrimeCraft: GangWars correctly works on Windows 8.
* Now CrimeCraft: GangWars use different anti-cheat solution.
LOTTERY
* Added new Lottery Tickets on Black Market:
* Players can win Scavenger Tools that yield tier 5 craft ingredients from Spoiler Ticket.
* Players can win different unique Lobby AUGs from Hatcher Ticket.
TOURNAMENTS
* Fixed some bug in the Weekly Tournament rating calculations.
* Now players won't get any tournament rewards if they didn't spend enough time in a tournament match.
BUG FIXES
* Now "reduce repair cost" attribute correctly decreases gold bar repair cost.
