N/U server downgrade test

I will be rebooting the main server tomorrow moring and downgrading the 1000fps kernal back to the original to see if this helps with alot of the issues ive been hearing about.

The current kernal is modded to the extremes that i thought would be needed but i might have missed something in the build that has screwed the timers.

this test will be in effect for a week till i hear some input on how the servers are acting and make changes to the new kernal accordingly.
