What I suggest you add to the words is either a border line around it (maybe 3mm or more) and maybe lessen the color of the red/add a drop shadow to it.
Just my 2 cents there

i like the last one ya posted with the transparent text...you can see what the bullet is before it was kinda hard to tell it blended with the NU logo 2nd one = way better nice work man.Comment
