Server Plugins & Gameplay Thread

Knew there had to be a way to do that. DoT u r t3h pwnerer.

Nat I'm not a coder so idk how realistic this idea is, but it would pretty awesome if you could define a file that a plugin calls to that binds these keys for you while on the server. Then unbinds them on disconnect.

I don't even code and it sounds like something that is hard-impossible. Though it would be extremely helpful and epic.

Don't think that can be done. Anyway, a few changes...

A: Money Printers work now. Break other people's printers for $150. Government can't buy them. If you rejoin server your printers blow up so u gotta stay a while to get your money's worth. You can have 3 max. They give $150 every pay period so if u get 3 of them that's like having a $450 raise.
B: Everyone goes terrorist except Government who are CT.

Once I get team-based spawning set up the class plugin will be finished. All that will be needed afterwards is for me to complete the map and for me to do some stuff to item pack.

I have a few more suggestions for the server.

-auto respawn after 20 seconds
-Increased inventory because some guns take up 2 per weapon. and glitches after all 40 are filled then when it works again all your weapons are gone.
-A used car lot that buys and sells cars.
-have different skins for different classes, so we know who is citizen,rougue,police man etc...
-Street Signs/ Billboards/ Street Lights
-Music that plays 24/7 in "Club Lol"
-An area for mudding/Destruction derby
-Teamkilling OFF
-A BAR to hang out in =D
-have a local gun shop/Pawn shop, to buy/sell/trade used items
-A hospital of which to respawn in and abulance outside it
-And the road past tunnel extended to a home area where u can buy/decorate your houses and stow your cars in the garage


FaustLauncher's suggestions:
-New cop system that allows t's to get in jail easier
-Sexy House should be smaller
-An auto warning for speed limit/ there should be Day/Night
-Would like the Hotel building near the pool made into a delux hotel w/ nice tiles and walls decoration OH and !propmenu enabled
-Would like the garage building switched with the building next to house

Umm, I fixed part of the item pack glitch with weapons, but it's still got problems. I also intend to turn FF off for the government team. And yea, I'm trying to get the cop system that's on this French RP server where cops can arrest and stuff.

Can u post which skins are which? I still have a problem telling who is who in-game.


Oh, and I think the police men should be one of those cool looking black umbrella corporation ct's from ZM. and the cheif can be like a spy or something..lol

You know the teams mostly by their colours...

Govt. Colours are Red and Blue
Mayor: Sailor Moon or Ichigo
Police Chief: GIGN or Sailor Uranus
Police Officer: GSG9

Civilian Colours are Green and Black
Citizen: Leet or Korin

Rogue Colour is Red
Rogue Leader: Arctic
Rogues: Zoey or Guerilla


So, CT's are all Govt. T's are civilians or rogues. Sailor Senshi are Govt. Other girls are not. Red = Rogue.

And if you don't know how to choose gender, you use !rp_settings to select it.

Team killing has been turned off for CT's. Government can't hurt eachother any more. Well, you can still kill eachother with AWP headshots, but that's about it.

Okay I have finally made progress with arresting players. The system is not done yet, but I have figured out all of the hard stuff, and I just need to get everything working together. Here is how it will work:

• A player commits a Crime
  If the police see it happen they can attempt to handcuff the player.
  If the player gets handcuffed, the Police can either let the player go or ask for a warrant.
  If the player escapes without being cuffed he can still be warranted.

• Mayor uses /warrant <player> to put out a warrant for the player
  The warrant will expire 5 minutes after it is issued.

• Police can Arrest the warranted player if they have him handcuffed
  If the player is not handcuffed the police have 5 minutes to cuff him then arrest him.
  If the player gets arrested he is teleported to a jail cell.

• The player is in the Jail
  The warrant for them is lifted.
  They are prevented from using their Team Radio or any commands except chat to admin.
  They are un-handcuffed, but stuck in the jail cell, and can not be paid.
  Player is automatically released from jail after 5 minutes unless someone breaks them out.
  Once they leave the Jail Cell area they will be able to do everything again.

Right now only Handcuffing works, but I can and will get the rest of this set up ASAP.

Police can now take the cuffs off of someone, meaning this is now a useful part of the game. Use /cuff to put them on somebody and /uncuff to take them off. If you're cuffed you can't use the door menu, you can't use your debit card, you can't use your team radio, and you can't spawn money printers. The /special menu doesn't work while cuffed which is important because I'm going to let players buy handcuff saws from it. But you can only use them on friends (not yourself) so if the cops cuff u then your buddies kill them they can free you. You also walk half speed, get disarmed, and are coloured red. You do not drop your weapon on the ground though, so cops can't just cuff people to steal guns, but you do lose your weapons if you're holding any. I might re-think that later though.
