just to let all of the people that think i (chilliam/Icestorm) is way to young to do anything important i would like to prove to you that just because i am 14 (now) doesn't mean that i am to young to really do anything, i am a very intelligent person that has a promising career and is not a kid that spams all the time on the mic and is to young to talk, first of all hear the voice and secound of all 14 years old (according to some people whose names will not be mentioned) all i wanted to do by writing this post is tell ohers my opinion.

There is a age rule for the mic in zm.
Thats where he's gettin it from.
It was me, and its whatever you can go in there and talk or whatever cuz im out of zm now.

but if can prove your the exception to the rule and be mature than your welcome to talk but if not than nobody needs a headache after a hard day at school or working all day

so if ya can prove us wong than feel free to use the mic in moderation

and btw enderless is right we don't discriminate on age race etc and feel free ta help enforce the rules and help out the servers

all i want to do is help out and i don't really annoy a lot of people, nemis just hates me for some other reason and deadly_chicken just doesn't like me for another reason and all i really want to do is contribute to the sever in anyway that is why i always ask people for suppot on me being an admin or any other thing that can help out by muting or kicking the people that are making everyone else misrible

Firstly, I muted you.

Secondly, you were spamming the microphone.

Thirdly, the mute would have been lifted with firestorm's next map, but instead you protested it and changed your name to something commenting that you were too young to "put me in my place" it would seem.

If anyone is to get blame for this it is me. I still uphold the old rules that Vit and Tara enforced.
I am lenient when it comes to this rule, I've let you slide plenty of times in the past. You were getting out of hand.

2. its good that you want to help out but if u were spamming you have to take the mute. there is that age rule. respect it and follow it or bear the consequences. i appreciate that you want to help out but that doesnt mean you can do what other ppl cant.

3. yes we have admins younger than 18. but your 13 and that is rly to young. when your 16 ill think about that opinion. so id appreciate if you stop asking for it. thanks a lot

You do talk kind-of a lot but I would never mute you because I'm very lenient. I mean unless u were just downright annoying, but I put up with a lot more than the other admins; they are not as forgiving as I am. Nor are they obligated to be.

Anyway, you asked about hierarchy... For ZM it goes like this, but other servers it's more simple:

Provisional & Korean Admins (Like Cancer)
Admin C (I don't think we have any right now.)
Basic Admins -- Admin B (I don't think we have any right now.)
Advanced Admins -- Admin A (Like Setsuna F. Seiei or Rey)
Head Admin (Currently it's DoT.)
Jr. Owners (Like Sajora and Random Hero)
Owners (Siosios & Pasties, who tend to leave ZM alone for the most part)
