all i want to do is help out and i don't really annoy a lot of people, nemis just hates me for some other reason and deadly_chicken just doesn't like me for another reason and all i really want to do is contribute to the sever in anyway that is why i always ask people for suppot on me being an admin or any other thing that can help out by muting or kicking the people that are making everyone else misrible


PS:what are the ranks of athority on a server mostly zm sever

well the thing is nemesis is also a admin and he is admin a so yhah can't mjute him either.. and if something is wrong with them gimme a msg on steam then so ill handle the things or msg 1 of the other admins... add me to yah steam friends....
well yah already applied for admin right? and it came out yah to young for admin if iam not mistaken cause the age limet for that is 18..

and for the mics in zm its useally around 16 some ppl are younger but don't sounds like 8 year old kids

I think we've gotten a little off-topic with some added emotions, fuming, AND "argueing".
We shouldn't discriminate b/c of Gender(s), Race(s), Age(s), Sexual Preference(s) etc.

For one thing, we mustn't forget that technology can be a bitch sometimes or most of the time... meaning headsets w/ mics or just a simple mic does and sometimes changes the way we sound. This is one thing that some or a few of us forget, now I know more than half of us know this to be a fact...

Here's a common thing I've heard before:
"How old do I sound?" you ask, ----
"you sound like you're 26 years old." so-n'-so says, ----
"*laughs* I'm actually 17 years old!" you reply.

Now, if and/or there are rules on N/U server(s) about how old you have to be before you can use the mic(s), then it must be followed. Here's my policy about this: If you're under the age to use the mic on this or that server(s), then you should be warned once, and if you don't take heed to that one warning then you should/will be muted by an admin. You shouldn't be harassed, made fun of, or discriminated for the way you sound by an admin or by the admin that mutes you and shouldn't partake in the group activity of a so called "point and laugh".

I'm not taking sides, not pointing fingers saying who's to blame or who's the wrong doer.

I feel that icestorm is mature enough for his age to talk on the mic, I personally do not find him annoying in the server but that just might be because I get along with most everyone. I have found that many of the admin on the server and some of the other older players have been getting annoyed with him for reasons that I do not see. I don't see any reasons to believe that he should be muted, mostly because he doesn't sound or act like any of the really annoying players that are under the age of 15. We really need to give people a real chance and not just mute them because we don't like them.

if your underage but know how to use the mic and not spam it with unde age "gossip" unnecessary talking and or music and not get on peoples nerves
than use it

my prob is with 2 or 3 15 and under years old spamming it with unnecessary gossip hearsay and other crap while ppl are tiring to communicate bout stragies or help find someone camping or if a admin has a important message to say than everyone needs ta shut up and listen hence cause we are the ones that help fund the servers and do crowd control (happened to me all the time and after 3 times of tring to talk i would normally mute the whole sever for a few mins )


but yes i agree age is just a number and if you can prove that you are more mature than your age than use your mic respectivly

but if not SHUT THE FUCK UP AND BE QUEIT CAUSE NOONE WANTS TO OR CARES TA HERE YOUR GOSSIP (THATS WHAT'S CHAT BOXES AND LITTLE KIDS CELL PHONES ARE FOR )

Anyway, you asked about hierarchy... For ZM it goes like this, but other servers it's more simple:

Provisional & Korean Admins (Like Cancer)
Admin C (I don't think we have any right now.)
Basic Admins -- Admin B (I don't think we have any right now.)
Advanced Admins -- Admin A (Like Setsuna F. Seiei or Rey)
Head Admin (Currently it's DoT.)
Jr. Owners (Like Sajora and Random Hero)
Owners (Siosios & Pasties, who tend to leave ZM alone for the most part)
