well when i was on the server earlier today i managed to get it going for a few hours and also saw a few of the regs starting to show up so i dont think zm is quite dead yet. If i can mannage to get 6 people then a few of us should be able to fill the server and get some new faces in there.

Yeah ways to increase activity are just as relevant in this thread as alternatives if we can't.

Just a suggestion,you guys should have like a certain day/time where something kool happens.office n dust2 have the prizes at the end of the months,and im sure this wont work with zombie,so try something new with it.make new models or have some kind of contest just to attract attention.maybe this will get the server going again and friends will tell friends about how cool it is and server will be full 24/7.since WKS announced the prize for june a lot of people have been in there non stop to get in the top 15,so maybe zm needs this "boost".

Yeah maybe we could give the top player for each month access to a list of custom player skins or some shit. I could set that up.

I don't play zombie servers often, just cause the mad noise in the server lol. I haven't played the NU one in forever, but the last one i was at was just nonstop no reloading firing. Gave me a headache lol.

So, regarding skins, me and Jack were thinking the following:

We have a contest each month... Out of the top 10 ranked players on the server, 2 will be randomly selected each time around to get access to the skins list. The list will have 2 Human skins (probably like the predator and something else) and 2 Zombie skins.

We also want to add a couple generic zombie skins to the servers just to liven things up a bit.

We've made solid decisions on 3 skins so far... Predator and Grim Reaper Zombie for contest winners, and then another zombie just for plain zombie models.

I'm going to tell you why i quit playing Zombies. hopefully you all know me/remember me.

1. You changed the format of the server... it was one of the few that did not have !zspawn. I liked that... there was a penalty for dying.

2. The people i loved left... Tara, Hellscream, DarkHelmet, Random Hero, JuuJuu got banned.

3. I started getting into CAL and my free time was spent playing in gun game because all my friends were gone.

4. I was sick of not having tara, Random, nat, or someone on so when i needed admin, i had to get one on TS/xfire/steam friends.

5. Server started getting muted alot and i loved how free it was (unlike the other servers) to talk and joke... thats where all the goor friendships came from.

thats just what made me leave... idk if it's somthing you want to/can fix... but i would come play if it went back to the old ways. so yeah.

Umm, we can't rly do much about people leaving, but the other stuff yeah. Juu Juu is unbanned and back by the way, and Tara might be finally getting settled down in Vegas. And although I hate the idea, we could look at setting people to respawn as zombies instead of as humans when they die because it gets rid of the suicide incentive.
