Admin Sounds

Well this weekend I realized some of my admin sounds werent playing when I played them.
I tried restarting CSS, Restarting Steam, Restarting my Computer and all failed.
I then resorted to the delete all my files and redownload the sounds, but sadly when I joined the servers it didnt download the sounds.
Can someone help me somehow D:

ow wow never had this problem before i think some 1 of the forums can help yah that now a lot mroe about computers then me
