Fixed crash when starting tools on CPUs using the FMA3 instruction set

Fixed bug where map compiles could fail on specific Steam install paths

Fixed crash when too many sounds were loaded in game at one time

Fixed command line options not being reapplied to the main menu when returning from a custom gameFixed error models in the mines tileset
