Bacon Topped Turkey Meatloaf
1/2 cup chili sauce
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1 med onion chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 lb lean ground turkey
2-4 bacon strips
Combine first 8 ingredients then mix in ground turkey....combine well. Place mixture into ungreased loaf pan and top with bacon slices.
Bake uncovered @ 350 degrees for 70-80 min. Drain of excess fat and let stand 10 mins before serving.
