Question about the awp in D2?

I need everyones input on this so that we can make the D2 server a place that people will want to play in more.

I voted yes. I think they should be restricted to a point. Not all the way gone just not everyone being an awper. Maybe it'll get some new people not scared to enter the server with a bunch of crazy awesome awpers.

Ditto to what noogy said, i know before D2 used to restrict awps based on how many players are on the server per team. It should be like that, keeps it fair and balanced.
Only problem is it pisses off the awp whores when the newer players buy the awps faster.

serves them right for failing to not have it binded. at least in the buy menu.

my own thoughts would be to limit awps to 3 per team AT THE MOST if it's like 10 on a team. otherwise, limit it to 1 or 2 per team depending on numbers. i've played on a few servers where they allow 2 per team no matter how many ppl are on. it was never really an issue and was almost always full. even at like 3 in the morning. just me thoughts, eh?

I hate awps but n/u is all about awps and always will be. I am all about what is right for the community and makes people happy. I have no opnion on whether it should be restricted or not.

Just keep in mind we don't restrict them in office.

I don't want to start a debate about what is difference about the two servers, I was just saying.

my opinion is in offiice its more close quarters for an MG to be able to stand a chance wit an AWP dust is a bit bigger just my opinion

Honestly..I could care less how many awps we have.
Yeah it may suck if u run a corner and somebody standing hundreds of feet away was camping shot u because they had a awp, but thats what N\U is.
Also some people suck at awp, so trained jookers can knife them even if they get a chance, joke pointing that out lol.

i personally dont care much about awps. i think the problem here is that you will always hear the ppl complain about awps but you wont hear the ppl who deal with them. so you pretty much hear just one opinion on awps.
i think we should just let ppl have awps. i mean in office and dm we tell ppl awp is part of the game and we could/should do the same on d2. there will always be ppl who like and dislike awps.
