OK so I'm playing de_dust2 and I'm not bothering anyone just playing the game. I think at one point I failed miserable and umiss called me horrible or something and it pissed me off. Then Straf jumped in on the fun calling me retarded? That's really not a bad word unless, of course, you have a sister who is. And i told him to stop like politely. I dunno what you can do about this but that's bullshit if a guy is gonna sit there and make fun of people with retardation when it offends people on the server.

i was on when this took place...when you told them about your sister, that conversation died pretty quick. i think they said one last thing, and i think it was said out of embarrassement, but nothing else......mit, there is a reason for everything, what it is, we will not know till the end...but you can look at it as a handicap, or you can look at it as a gift...won't go deep into that, but sry that conversation took place....it shouldn't happen again and if they man up, they would give you a personal appology and we can continue to GAME ON!

well, this is truly stupid.... I can surely see that you could take offense to what was said to you. And even more so, being that you are close to the comment. I know exactly who they are, they are both good, but not super good. I have seen them both play like shitties before. I have also, heard them speak to regs/admins/n00bs like they are shitties. But, with all that being said, if someone called you "gay" and your brother was "gay" or you were "gay" would you still take offense to it. If you do, then you are damned if you do something, and damned if you dont say something. If you dont say something, they might and probably will continue. if you do say something, they are more likely to give it to you twice as bad, cause they know it bothers you.
Now, we do have rules on this server, to not bash on n00bs, and to not be a shit disturber. Where do we draw the line, admins have enough to deal with just looking after the servers, server players, server hackers...etc. We can say something to these people if you want us to, but it would be better having it come from you in the servers when these people are there. Make sure they really know how you feel about this situation. If it escalates from there, then admins will step in. We as admins can not do everything for you guys, as this is of course the internet.

First of all, it has been getting to know all of y'all. It has been a pleasure for the last few months playing on the server!

On to the issue, in no way did Straf know and nor did he mean it to offend anyone. Straf and I are very vocal in the server, and I like to mess around with people especially the ones who have played the game for a while [have skill] and call them bad... I rarely mess with a NOOB unless they need to be told to get out of spawn or in Renegades case where i give him tips on how to play.

Soopa, of all people you should hold your tongue when it comes to "talking shit" on the server, on multiple occasions I have heard you say "faggot" which can be just as offensive to a retard.

Bottom line is we don't know who we are talking | what issues or situations they may have in their life. So whether it is me or soopa, we all need to beware!

You still do not understand what I'm talking about. I don't fucking care if you make fun of people. I happen to like both you and straf, hence the reason your on my friends list, but I don't want to come into the server and the first thing I hear is you and straf bashing on someone you fucking do not know. Obviously we see the result. If someone is camping that is for admins to take care of. If someone is hacking get a fucking demo and post it. Do Not talk shit in the server about it. You are not there to regulate the server, the admins are. WE admins pay to see the servers succed, you have not given nearly as much time or money to make our servers a better place. If I ban someone I need proof, I have to follow rules just like you, but I hear alot of complaints about you and straf. If you had been in vent when I joined the server today, you would have heard that everyone in there agreed with me. That is why I said something, and I will not have you talking back to me, when I'm making a valid point. I enjoy the game, and I know you guys do to. Just fucking play, and let others enjoy the game as well, WE ALL don't need to hear your fucking opion on how good we are. Now if you take me the fuck out, fucking tell me. Hey noob I owned you. Just to let everyone know, I talked to penetrat(e)r about the issue at hand this morning. I will admit, umiss and I are fairly vocal players. And if we've ever hurt anyones feelings, I do sincerely apologize. Even though I went over many of these points with him this morning, I still feel the need to post here to avoid any scars on my reputation in the community, because naturally what was said between him and I will likely not be made public.

First off, Mittens, I don't want to get into a debate here about what lead up to the statement I made to you that day, but you clearly forgot to mention that you had been trash-talking me and umiss out of the blue. The first time I saw you on the server and killed you, you called me randy. Then proceeded every time I killed you to call me shitty. Naturally, being quite the competitive person, I would defend myself. But that's neither here or there. I do apologize if I offended you, but let's be honest, if you keep sticking your finger in the door it's bound to get shut on you someday.

Pasties - I thoroughly respect what you said, and think you made many valid points. I'm going to try and be less talkative overall on the server anyway, and hopefully you won't hear anything else about us. Oh and a friendly offer : maybe Word and eSg can scrim some time.

I've been playing on the server for several months now and to be quite honest a lot of the amusement I get is from people talking smack.Granted it's usually between people who are known to each other but sometimes random acts of stupidity can occur between strangers.Bottom line is people shouldnt provoke someone and then go complain when they dont like the response.If someone is bashed when not provoked theres usually plenty of witnesses in the server to validate a complaint.But the best defense is to merely mute someone if you dont like what thier saying.To be honest if someone is young enough to get thier feelings hurt by something someone says while playing a video game they maybe that person isn't old enough to be playing the game to begin with.You'll find as you get older you just laugh shit off and things dont offend you as much.Hell if I was offended by what people have said to me over the years I probably would have stopped gaming.

But as you preceeded to kill me through the rest of the rounds the death was always followed with "wow mittens you suck" or if I failed to clutch because I lucidly remember one specific occasion when you said "mittens your horrible". I do realize that it's only a game but I'm not the kind of guy that takes shit from people. So generally I got mad but I know I kept all of my rude comments between me and my roomates and never voiced them on the mic. Empty can vouch for me on that one.
